What to measure.
Member count describes scale, not community quality. Review participation, recurring contributors, response needs and available product actions alongside channel growth. Document the reporting period and platform limitations so that imported users or inactive accounts do not become an unsupported success claim.

Participation needs an operating record.

Korean community work can cover Telegram, Discord and KakaoTalk. Platform choice follows the audience, product and operating needs defined in the brief.
Can we connect a community with KOL campaigns?
Yes. Prepare the Korean materials and moderation before creator traffic arrives, then connect the campaign to questions, onboarding or a scheduled conversation.
Is moderation coverage fixed?
Coverage, response expectations, language requirements and escalation responsibilities are agreed for each assignment. The operating plan should make these boundaries clear.
